यो तामागी गाऊको तोरी पेल्ने मिलहरू मध्य एक हो। यसको बनावटतिनओटा बलिया काठका खम्बाहरु जोडिएर बनेको हुन्छ।
यी तिन ओटा काठका खम्बाहरु त्रिकोणात्मक रुपमा जोडिएकाहुन्छन। सबभन्दा लामो र ठाडो रुपमा जोडिएको खम्बाको तल्लो भाग प्वालपारिएको ठुलो तथा अचल ढुंगामा राखिएको हुन्छ। तेर्सो खम्बामा सन्तुलनमिलाउन छुट्टै ढुंगाहरु बाँbuधिएका हुन्छन। यी सबै जडान भएपछि कोल भनेरचिनिन्छ। कोलको अचल ढुंगाको प्वालमा तोरी हालिन्छ साथसाथै दुइजनाव्यक्तिले घडीको बिपरित दिसामा घुमाउन थालिन्छ। तेस्रोव्यक्तिले अचल ढुंगाको माथिल्लो प्वालको भागमा राखिएको तोरीलाई सानो काठको सहायताले बेला बेलामा चलाइने गरिन्छ र फलस्वरूप राखिएका सबै तोरी पेल्लिनछन्। तेल निकालिएको तोरीको पिनालाई निकालिन्छ र अर्को नया तोरी राखिन्छ।
यहाहरुलाई जानकारी होस् कि पिनालाई स्थानीयहरुले साबुनको रुपमा पनि प्रयोग गर्दछन्।

This hollowed-out millstone – or “Kol” – is commonly used to extract oil from locally harvested mustard seeds. Three large wooden beams are joined together to form a triangle. The thickest vertical beam inserts into the hole in the millstone while the connected horizontal and supporting beams are used to rotate it in the millstone, thereby crushing the mustard seeds and releasing their oil. Seeds are continuously inserted from above while the resulting oil is collected in a container located in the space under the main millstone. The resulting oil, known as “Pina” in Nepali, is also used as a substitute for soap by locals.
